Refund and Returns Policy⏏

Processed orders cannot be cancelled nor returned.

Manufacturer warranty applies for defective goods. All shipping to and from the manufacturer is the responsibility of the customer. In rare cases: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are non-returnable once exported out of the USA. eg. hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases and batteries.

Customers are required to inspect all goods for damage upon receiving them so as to avoid any problems after taking possession of the goods. Once you’ve signed for receiving and have taken possession of said goods it is no longer returnable nor refundable. Customers can request Insurance when placing orders so that an Insurance Fee can be added to the price before shipping. For damaged goods: Once the Insurance claim is processed and paid by the shipper, the customer will be refunded the amount that the goods was insured for.

In extenuating circumstances if a refund is given, all shipping charges, duties, taxes, local charges and any other fees charged in the process of getting the goods to the customer, will be deducted from the refund.
